Welcome to the EUROXR SUMMER SCHOOL ! We are excited to present this year’s edition, a vibrant space for hands-on learning experience where you can explore the practical applications of eXtended Reality (XR).
The EUROXR SUMMER SCHOOL 2025 is an educational initiative organised by the European asociation of eXtended Reality and the University of Salento's AVRLab that combines academic excellence and practical insights in Extended Reality (XR).
Join us in the picturesque town of Lecco, Italy, from June 30th to July 5th, 2025, for an inspiring week of discovery and collaboration. You’ll have the chance to connect with global experts, industry leaders, and fellow learners as we dive into exciting applications of XR and AI in healthcare, cultural heritage, education, and industry.

Registration
Registration & Fees
Payment of the participation fee is required to complete the school registration.
Registration Fees (including VAT*)
€300 – Full week
The EUROXR SUMMER SCHOOL 2026 registration fee includes*:

✔ Daily lunches and coffee breaks
✔ Pizza party - Monday
✔ Guided tour of the town
✔ Social dinner - Thursday
*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee.
The payment on this website is limited tocredit cards. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please do not select a product here below, but fill this form instead.
According to European and Italian regulations, VAT is due for all customersexcept businessesestablished in Italy. The latter should choose the reduced price “excluding VAT”, and EuroXR will issue an invoice with reverse charge.
Due to limitations of the website host infrastructure, at checkout the price appears wrongly with “tax: 0.00€”. However, the final invoice will reflect the correct VAT figure.
